Location: Remote within the United Kingdom and Ireland

Hours: 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, inclusive of a 30-minute rest period.

We're looking for a highly organized and people-focused People & Culture Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration across our international team.


🌟 This isn't just another HR admin position. 


You'll be the person helping talented people join a global organization that's making a real difference. You'll help create an exceptional experience while working alongside a collaborative and supportive international team. 


πŸš€ What You'll Be Doing 


Recruitment & Hiring

  • Coordinate recruitment processes from posting jobs to onboarding

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and systems

  • Support candidate screening and interview processes

  • Conduct reference and background checks

  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation

  • Help ensure a fair, inclusive, and positive candidate experience


People & Culture Support

  • Maintain confidential employee and contractor records

  • Support onboarding activities

  • Assist with general People & Culture administration

  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and employee-focused culture


🎯 What We're Looking For

βœ” 3+ years' experience in HR, recruitment, people operations, or a related field

βœ” Experience coordinating recruitment activities and onboarding

βœ” Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills

βœ” Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

βœ” Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism

βœ” Experience using workplace technology (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack)

βœ” Commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and creating positive employee experiences


🎯 Bonus Points For


  • NGO, nonprofit, or mission-driven organization experience

  • International or multi-country recruitment experience

  • Experience supporting remote teams

  • HRIS, ATS, and onboarding platform experience
